Terms & Conditions

CONTACT
I would recommend directly messaging me via ko-fi if you are a supporter or discord @amphithere for commission inquiries and updates. Discord is my primary social platform and is the fastest way to contact me.

PROCESS
‣ Once a request is made, I will send you a sketch (or multiple) and I will ask you for your thoughts and feedback. At this stage any and all changes can be made to the piece.
‣ After approval this is where payment is due (unless you have paid upfront), I will only begin work completing the request once the payment is sent. The commission is non-refundable after this point.
‣ The time taken to complete your commission can range depending on my workload, the complexity of the piece, my personal life, etc. But I typically work slow, please keep that in mind before commissioning me. You may ask for updates at any point in the process.
‣ When complete, I will send the artwork to you for a final review in which I can make only minor adjustments. I can provide any art piece with a transparent or solid background variant if you would like. Once you are happy with how it looks, that will be the final product and the commission is complete.

PAYMENT
Payment can be upfront or sent after a sketch is provided. Details inquiring the commission can be discussed beforehand and things can be adjusted throughout the process. However, please keep in mind major changes will be more difficult the further I progress on the piece.
‣ I accept payment through ko-fi or PayPal only.
‣ Add-ons can be purchased for all of my commission options.

USAGE
‣ My art cannot be used for or associated with anything regarding AI.
‣ You may not claim what I produce for you as your own work.
‣ What I produce for you can be used for profile decor, server decor,
general personal use, etc. However, credit is requested whenever possible.
‣ I reserve the right as the creator to display any artwork I produce publically on my socials or as examples to other clients. I will not claim your oc/design as my own.
‣ My art may not be used for any commercial use, such as but not limited to, reselling or trading.

WHAT I CAN CREATE
‣ Modern and prehistoric animals. I can depict any animal species.
‣ Fantasy creatures. These can be custom species of your own creation or pre-existing ones. Just ensure you have enough reference material for me to depict them from.
‣ Server icons, profile pictures, emojis, stickers, banners, etc.
‣ Headshot Portraits, Full Body Portraits, Reference Sheets, Chibis and Pixel Art.
‣ Original Characters. Including feral or anthro.
‣ Humanoids I am the least confident with, however, depending on how humanoid they are can determine overall complexity. Such as alien species, centaurs, monsters, hybrids, etc. Please discuss the design with me prior to purchasing a commission should the subject be humanoid.
‣ If what you want is not mentioned here, feel free to dm me for inquiries.

WHAT I WILL NOT ACCEPT
‣ I will not draw NSFW content.
‣ Imagery depicting sensitive topics such as politics, religion, etc.
‣ Discriminatory imagery such as homophobia, sexism, etc.
‣ AI generated content or prompts.
